At present, radial quadrupole magnets in the world are all sintered using radiation orientation, and radiation orientation sintering is difficult to improve magnetic properties, and the processing is cumbersome and costly. Our company has developed a four part magnet through multiple studies; It is assembled using a unipolar magnet processing method. After verification, the assembled magnet has no significant difference in strength and size compared to radiation oriented magnets, and its magnetic properties are superior to radiation oriented magnets.
